Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Build Influencer collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you visit our website, create an account, purchase credits or a subscription, upload reference media, or use our image and video generation tools. It also explains the choices available to you. By using the service, you acknowledge the practices described here.

Information We Collect

The information we collect depends on how you use the service. Some information is provided directly by you, while other information is produced automatically when the website or studio is used.

  • Account and contact information, such as your name, email address, profile image, authentication provider, and support messages.
  • Transaction information, including the selected plan or credit package, payment status, billing identifiers, subscription dates, and credit ledger activity. Payment card details are handled by the selected payment provider rather than stored directly by us.
  • Creator inputs, including prompts, uploaded reference images, AI influencer profile details, generated images and videos, task identifiers, and generation settings.
  • Technical and usage data, such as IP address, browser and device type, referring page, visited routes, timestamps, diagnostics, feature interactions, and cookie or attribution identifiers.

How We Use Information

  • Provide accounts, generation tools, storage, history, downloads, subscriptions, credit balances, and customer support.
  • Send service messages, verify transactions, prevent duplicate charges, investigate failed tasks, and keep account entitlements accurate.
  • Protect the service from fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, malicious uploads, and violations of our Terms of Service.
  • Measure performance, understand feature usage, improve product reliability, and evaluate marketing attribution where those tools are enabled.
  • Comply with legal obligations, enforce agreements, and respond to valid requests from authorities or users.

Uploads, Prompts, and Generated Content

Reference media, prompts, and generation settings may be sent to infrastructure, storage, and AI model providers that are required to complete the requested task. Generated files may be copied into our configured storage so they can appear in your creation history and remain available for later use. Do not upload confidential material or personal data that you do not have permission to use.

We use submitted content to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service. We do not claim ownership of your original uploads. Your use of generated content remains subject to our Terms of Service, provider terms, applicable law, and any rights belonging to third parties.

Service Providers and Disclosures

We may share the minimum information needed with vendors that provide authentication, cloud hosting, file storage, AI generation, payment processing, email delivery, analytics, fraud prevention, and customer support. These providers process information for their defined service purpose and under their own terms or contractual obligations.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, during a business transaction such as a merger or acquisition, or with your direction or consent. We do not sell uploaded creator media as a standalone data product.

Data Retention and Security

We retain account, transaction, generation, and support records for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain financial and security records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods vary by data type and may continue for a limited period after an account is closed. Backups and provider logs may take additional time to expire.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so you should use a strong authentication method, protect access to your email account, and contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized activity.

Your Choices and Rights

You may update available profile information, manage marketing or cookie preferences where controls are provided, and request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of certain personal information. Rights vary by location and may be limited when information must be retained for security, payment, tax, dispute, or legal reasons.

To make a privacy request, contact [email protected] from the email associated with your account. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. You can also manage or delete eligible creations through the product controls made available in the studio.

Children and International Processing

The service is not directed to children who are not legally able to enter a binding agreement in their location. Do not submit a child's personal information or use a child's likeness without the permissions and legal basis required by applicable law.

Our providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate contractual or legal mechanisms for cross-border processing.

Changes and Contact

We may update this Privacy Policy when the service, providers, or legal requirements change. We will post the revised version on this page and update the date above. Material changes may also be communicated through the service or by email when appropriate. Questions and privacy requests can be sent to [email protected].
